For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items can’t be accepted.
How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the product back.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees).
